All Zoosk purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
This applies to all Zoosk+ subscriptions, subscription upgrades (such as Premium Messaging), and one-time add-ons (such as Boost and Instant Crush) — including both new purchases and automatic renewals.
Avoiding a charge you don't want
Because purchases are non-refundable, the best way to avoid an unwanted charge is to turn off automatic renewal before your next billing date. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund or shorten your current term. See How do I cancel my subscription?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, your payment was processed by that store rather than by Zoosk, and any billing matter for those purchases is handled by the store under its own policies:
- Apple App Store: manage or review purchases in your Apple ID account settings.
- Google Play: manage or review purchases in the Google Play app or your Google Account.
Your legal rights
