How do I delete my profile?

You can permanently delete your Zoosk account at any time using the website or app.

Important

Deleting your account is permanent.

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile will be permanently removed.
• Your matches and Connections will be deleted.
• Your messages and account data will be removed.
• Your account cannot be restored.

Premium subscribers

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel automatic renewal separately before deleting your account.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Delete your account on the website

1. Go to Profile from the left sidebar.
2. Select Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
3. Select Delete Account again when prompted.
4. Choose a reason for deletion.
5. Type delete to confirm.
6. Select Delete Account to complete the process.

Delete your account in the app

1. Tap your Profile icon.
2. Select Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
3. Select Delete Account again when prompted.
