How do I view and edit my profile?
Quick answer: Open your profile from your photo or display name, then use Edit Profile to update photos, interests and details.
- Computer: log in at zoosk.com, select your photo top-right.
- Mobile app: select the menu icon, tap your photo.
- Mobile browser: log in at zoosk.com, tap your photo.
- Go to My Profile > Edit Profile, pick a section, save.
- Name, gender and age can't be edited yourself.
Contact Customer Support with the corrected name, gender or age you'd like updated.

On a computer
- Log in to your account at zoosk.com.
- Select your profile photo in the upper-right corner.
In the mobile app
- Open the Zoosk app.
- Select the menu icon.
- Tap your profile photo or display name.
In a mobile browser
- Visit zoosk.com and log in.
- Tap your profile photo or display name.
Edit your profile
To update your profile information:
- Go to My Profile.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Choose the section you'd like to update.
- Make your changes and save them.
You can update most profile information, including your photos, interests, and profile details.
Updating your personal details
Certain account details cannot be updated directly through your profile settings, including:
- Name
- Gender
- Age
If you entered this information incorrectly during registration, please contact Customer Support and include the details you'd like to update.
