Why am I seeing profiles from other dating apps?

Zoosk is part of a family of dating apps, so some of the profiles you see may have begun on one of our sister apps rather than here. This article explains who those members are, why we widened the pool, and what it changes about the way you use Zoosk.

What’s changed. To help you meet more people who fit what you’re looking for, we’ve started introducing compatible members from across our family of dating apps.

Who you’re seeing. Some of our sister apps are built around a particular faith or community. If you’ve shared that kind of detail on your Zoosk profile, we may introduce you to members of the app built around it. Everyone we introduce you to is genuinely looking for a connection.

Control over this is something we’re exploring. We’re always looking for new ways to help you find the right match, and we’re exploring ways to give you more control over whether you see members from our sister apps. That control isn’t available yet, and we don’t want to suggest otherwise.
