Quick answer: Zoosk offers four ways to discover members — Search, SmartPick™, Carousel and Online Now.
- Switch between the standard view and Explore in Search.
- Review SmartPick™ regularly to improve future introductions.
- Browse Carousel for members slightly outside your filters.
- See who's active on the Online Now page.
- Message from Online Now with a Zoosk+ Membership.
Stay active: complete your profile, add photos, and send Likes to members who interest you.
Zoosk offers several ways to discover and connect with other members based on your preferences, interests, and activity.
Search
Choosing your Search view
On the Search page you can switch between the standard view and Explore using the toggle at the top. Explore shows more members at once, each with their photo, name, age, and any interests you have in common.
Switching views changes how your suggestions are displayed, not who is suggested — your Filters stay available in both. See What is Explore and how do I use it?
SmartPick™
SmartPick™ introduces members who may be highly compatible with you based on your profile information, preferences, and activity.
Review your SmartPick recommendations regularly to help improve future introductions.
Carousel
Carousel allows you to quickly browse potential matches and decide whether you're interested in connecting.
Carousel may include members who fall slightly outside your selected filters, helping you discover additional potential matches you might not otherwise see.
Online Now
The Online Now page displays members who are currently active on Zoosk.
If you have a Zoosk+ Membership, you can start a conversation directly with members you discover on this page.
Start connecting
The best way to get the most out of Zoosk is to stay active:
- Complete your profile.
- Add photos.

- Respond to messages and connections.
- Check your recommendations regularly.
The more active you are, the more opportunities you'll have to meet new people and make meaningful connections.
