Your browser stores temporary files (cache and cookies) to help sites load faster, but over time they can become outdated and cause errors on Zoosk. Clearing them often fixes loading and login issues. Use the steps for your browser, then restart it and sign in again.
Google Chrome
Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data. Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” then select Delete data.
Safari (Mac)
Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All. You can also use Develop > Empty Caches (enable the Develop menu in Advanced settings).
Microsoft Edge
Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear. Select cookies and cached files, then Clear now.
Firefox
Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data. Select both options, then Clear.
