When you sign in with your email, Zoosk sends a one-time code to that address. If it hasn't arrived, try the steps below.
Check for the code
- Give it a minute or two — codes usually arrive quickly, but email can be briefly delayed.
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Social folders, and search your inbox for “Zoosk.”
- If you find our email in Spam or Junk, mark it as “Not Spam” or add Zoosk as a safe sender so future codes reach your inbox.
Make sure you're using the right email
- Sign in with the same email address you used when you registered.
- If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple, you won't receive an email code — sign in with that provider instead. See How do I log in and log out?
Still no code?
