Premium Messaging is an optional subscription upgrade available to Zoosk+ members.
With Premium Messaging, members can reply to your messages even if they do not have a paid subscription.
This can make it easier to start conversations and receive replies from a wider range of members.
Subscription and renewal
Premium Messaging is a separate upgrade from your Zoosk+ Membership.
Like other Zoosk subscriptions and subscription upgrades, Premium Messaging automatically renews unless automatic renewal is turned off before the end of the current billing period.
If automatic renewal remains active, the upgrade will renew for the same term at the applicable renewal price unless otherwise communicated.
How do I cancel Premium Messaging?
Canceling Premium Messaging does not cancel your Premium Membership.
To turn off automatic renewal for Premium Messaging:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Manage your subscription upgrades.
- Turn off automatic renewal for Premium Messaging.
