How do I redeem a coupon code?
Quick answer: Coupon codes work only on new subscriptions bought on the Zoosk website — not on renewals, existing subscriptions, or app stores.
- Select Go Premium or Upgrade, then Choose Plan
- Select the Premium field, enter your code, select the arrow
- Enter billing address, choose payment, then Pay and Subscribe
- Apply the code before completing your purchase
Codes cannot be redeemed through the App Store or Google Play — buy on the website in a browser.
Coupon codes can only be applied when purchasing a new subscription. They cannot be used for subscription renewals, discounted offers, or subscriptions that have already been purchased.

Coupon codes can only be redeemed on the Zoosk website.
- Select Go Premium or Upgrade.
- Choose the subscription plan you'd like and select Choose Plan.
- Select the Premium field to review your subscription details.
- Enter your coupon code in the Enter coupon code field.
